Why Apply for MESA?

Math, Engineering, Science Achievement Program is designed to provide support to community college students who are majoring in Math, Engineering, or any of the Sciences so that they excel academically and transfer to a four year university.

Eligibility

Mesa is open educationally and economically disadvantaged students. You must be eligible for Federal Financial Aid and must be a first generation college student. You must declare your major or have a dedicated interest in Math, Engineering, or Science.

Getting Started

After applying to our program you must attend a mandatory MESA orientation for new students. The orientation is designed to get students familiar with the MESA Program and other campus resources designed for your success.

Counseling

MESA provides a dedicated counselor who will assist with the transfer process, individual education plan (IEP), career information, scholarship opportunities and personal counseling. Our counselors understand the perseverance, dedication and prerequisites involved in majoring in math, engineering and science.
