Info:NOBCChE is committed to the discovery, transmittal, and application of knowledge in the fields of science and engineering. The mission of NOBCChE therefore is to build an eminent community of scientists and engineers by increasing the number of minorities in these fields. NOBCChE will achieve its mission through diverse programs designed to foster professional development and encourage students to pursue careers in science and technical fields. Event:SWE: Society of Women Engineers: Society of Women Engineers National Conference
Info:Objective: The 2003 National Conference has been designed on a shortened schedule to provide a closer link between students, professionals, and employers. Another enhancement to the schedule is a two-day Career Fair, offering students the opportunity to network with up to 200 potential employers, and to offer employers the opportunity to meet as many as 2000 potential employees.
SWE is a non-profit, educational service organization of 16,000 members dedicated to supporting and encouraging women to pursue careers in engineering and related technical and scientific fields. The volunteer efforts of SWE are fueled by a nationwide network of members and student members who influence thousands of young women to choose careers in engineering or to enhance their technical careers through professional development and advanced education. Exhibitors at the 2003 SWE Conference will meet an impressive cross-section of our dynamic and enthusiastic membership who represents the heart of the Society. Event:AISES: American Indian Science and Engineering Society.. The 26th, 2004 National Conference "Expanding the Circle,"

- Each year the AISES National Conference attracts the nation's brightest American Indian students, as well as professionals in the fields of science, engineering and technology.
- The 3-day event includes a Career Fair, dynamic nationally-recognized speakers, panel discussions, and workshops for students, teachers and professionals.

Event:MAES: Mexican American Engineers and Scientists
Info:Objective: The annual International Symposium and Career Fair is the premier event for the Society of Mexican American Engineers and Scientists, Inc. This conference for engineering and scientists has been held in a different city each year since 1976 and has been very successful in helping raise funds to support its programs such as the scholarships totaling upwards of $50,000. At this event, MAES features technical and education papers and workshops by nationally and internationally known leaders and technical experts. The events have provided attendees visibility to the many professionals in industry and the type of work in which they are involved.

- Encourage members to seek advanced degrees in engineering or related fields and to obtain professional engineering registrations.

Event:National Conference, NACAC's 60th National Conference: National Association for College Admissions Council (NACAC)
Info:Objective: The National Association for College Admission Counseling is an education association of secondary school counselors, college and university admission and financial aid officers and counselors and related individuals who work with students as they make the transition from high school to postsecondary education. Members of NACAC join together because they recognize that, for students and their families, real choice demands information and communication. The school counselor and the college admission counselor are most often the primary sources of information about the transition process and, as a result, are uniquely aware of the concerns held by the people they serve.

Info:Objective: The Eastern Technical and Career Conference is the second largest Hispanic Engineering Conference in the Nation. It is built upon 16 years of excellence and leadership from Region 4. Info:Objective: The National Technical & Career Conference (NTCC) is the major event for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and the largest technical and career conference for Hispanics in the country.
Each year, the NTCC attracts 3,000 engineering professionals, students and corporate representatives. The conference is an opportunity for engineering companies and corporations to recruit top talent from SHPE membership.
